This team dictates the energy of the lobby and greets everyONE with eye
contact, big smiles, and high-fives! Our first impression should be our best
impression!
2. TEAM HOSPITALITY
With coffee, snacks, and conversation, Team Hospitality has the honor to
love on the Serve Team as they pour it out on Sunday to remember the
ONE!
3. PARKING HOST
Come rain or shine this team is excited to welcome each ONE onto the
property ensuring their very first experience with us is excellent!
4. CONNECT CENTER/First time visitors
Welcoming our first-time visitors and helping attendees stay connected to
what is happening at IMPACT.
NEXT GENERATION (Background check required)
1. IMPACT LITTLES
From six-weeks to 4 Years, this team is not babysitting but raising up the
next generation of leaders!
2. IMPACTKids
Through fun skits and live worship, this team empowers this generation to
be world-changing leaders! From grade K to 5 th grade.
FACILITIES
1. SETUP/TEAR DOWN
This team uses their strength and awareness to set the table for
the entire campus and orchestrate a service. (Sycamore Location)
2. TECH SUPPORT
This team has the honor of supporting every area of the Church
from worship and production to Next Generation by setting up the
maintaining all tech equipment such as iPads, TV’S, projectors,
and printers.
3. MERT
This team has honor of using their skills and gifts to provide
medical care in the event of an acute emergency situation.

Through database management, this team has the honor of
making sure no one fails through the cracks after graduating
Growth Track and ensures each new team member feels loved,
valued, and believed in!

1. SOCIAL MEDIA + WEB
This team is committed to spreading the message of Jesus to an
audience beyond our four walls! From social media to web
design, the purpose is for all to see the love of Jesus expressed
on a daily basis.
2. PHOTOGRAPHY
This team is passionate about capturing the vital moments in the
lives of our Church family. Our photos are utilized across all
campuses and social platforms so photos are taken with
intentionality, passion, and heart!
3. GRAPHIC DESIGN
This team is in sync with the vision of passion God has given our
pastors to create visuals that will capture eyes, hearts and bring
people closer to Jesus.
4. VIDEO PRODUCTION
This team has the honor of capturing and creating an avenue for
people all around the world to hear the gospel of Jesus through
various online platforms.
